Yoga in the Flowers

Experience an outdoor yoga session that will ground you and touch your soul. Mary will guide us through a flow yoga session, suitable for all fitness levels, that will connect your body, mind, and the earth in one magical evening. Option to pick flowers afterwards, or sit and relax in the flowers and enjoy some fellowship with friends old and new. This is a fun girls night, and great for tweens and teens as well!
